IN THE MIRROR OF LOVE

“MIRROR, MIRROR ON THE WALL, WHO DO I LOVE MOST OF ALL?”  Louise Hay is one of my mainstay gurus on Love and her tool of mirror work is very powerful.  Here is what she advises you to do: Go to the mirror or have a mirror with you and look deep into your own eyes and say: I LOVE YOU, I REALLY, REALLY LOVE YOU”.  Notice what comes up for you.

Is it the critic, that part of you that so loves to judge you and keep you locked in the grips of the ego?  Does it feel strange and uncomfortable.  Yet, if you observe radiant, happy and well adjusted people, what do you think they say to themselves when they reflect on their own image?

Try it and don’t give up, It shifts your perception of yourself.  A change perception changes EVERYTHING.
